PROJECT PROFILE

INDUSTRIAL CYBERPUNK HORROR

Post Mortem Machine is a solo Industrial Cyberpunk Horror project based in Seattle, Washington. It grew out of experiments at home, where a love of minimal and dark techno began taking an unexpected shape. Working separately from an existing project rooted in slower, heavier music, its creator kept following that direction until it became something of its own.

Guitar, sampled voices, and machinery are heavily processed. Sometimes a riff or mechanical rhythm remains recognizable. Elsewhere, the source disappears into something new.

The name reflects the erosion of individual identity through social media, mass consumption, and a system that works people to exhaustion. Horror imagery, occult interests, and dystopian futures inform the project, with one idea running through it: just surviving can be horror.

The music is an outlet for expression and exploration. There is no required interpretation. Dance, groove, listen, recoil. The hope is that something registers and stays with you.
